12 Testers for Google Play: the Basic Package

Our Basic package gives you 12 testers for Google Play for 14 days, at $40 (₹1,000 in India), paid 50% to start and 50% on day 14.

The Basic package answers a direct question new developers ask: where do I get 12 testers for Google Play? Google asks new personal developer accounts for 12 testers opted in for 14 days in a row. We bring the testers, keep them active every day, and hand you a report on day 14. You don't test anyone else's app.

What the Basic package includes

  • 12 testers, 14 days. Real people using their own Android devices and Google accounts. No emulators, no bots, no fake reviews.
  • Daily engagement. Testers open and use your app every day, so your test stays active for 14 continuous days.
  • Feedback + screenshots. What testers found while using your app, with screenshots.
  • Day-14 report. Feedback, screenshots and a summary report, which helps when you apply for production access.
  • Price: $40 internationally or ₹1,000 in India, paid 50% to start and 50% on day 14 when your report is delivered.

Twelve is the number Google sets for new personal developer accounts. Our guide to 12 testers for 14 days explains what Google counts and what “continuously” means.

How it works, step by step

  1. Share your test link. Send us your closed testing opt-in link and package name. We send back the tester list to add in Play Console.
  2. Testers opt in. Our testers join your closed test and install the app on their own devices.
  3. 14 days of daily use. Testers open and use your app every day, so your test stays active for 14 continuous days.
  4. Day-14 report. You get feedback, screenshots and a summary report, which helps when you apply for production access.

Your part is the first step and adding the tester list in Play Console. You don't test other developers' apps in return, which is the main difference from a free tester exchange.

What you need to send us

Your closed testing opt-in link and your app's package name. That's all we need to start. We send you the tester list to add in Play Console.

When Pro is the better choice

Basic gives you exactly Google's minimum of 12. If you would rather have a margin, the 20-tester Pro package gives you a buffer above Google's 12-tester minimum, plus detailed feedback with screenshots, for $100 internationally or ₹2,000 in India. Both packages run for 14 days and use the same 50/50 payment.

You can compare all three plans side by side on the pricing page.

What the package does not do

No one can honestly promise production access, and we don't. Google makes that decision. What the Basic package gives you is real engagement during the test, and feedback and a report to use in your application.

Refund or re-test promise

Refund or re-test promise: Google tells you why it declined production access. If the reason is on our side — fewer than 12 opted-in testers, fewer than 14 days, or insufficient tester engagement — you choose: a full refund or a new 14-day test at no extra cost. Just send us Google's decline message. If Google declines for a reason related to the app itself (for example policy, crashes, app quality or store listing), the promise does not apply.
