Why a buffer above 12 matters

Pro gives you a buffer above Google's 12-tester minimum. Google's requirement is a minimum: at least 12 testers must be opted in when you apply, and they must have been opted in continuously for the preceding 14 days. Detailed feedback

Every package includes feedback with screenshots. Pro includes detailed feedback, so you have more to work with when you fix issues before launch and when you summarize your testing in your production access application.

How it works

1. Share your test link. Send us your closed testing opt-in link and package name. We send back the tester list to add in Play Console.
2. Testers opt in. Our testers join your closed test and install the app on their own devices.
3. 14 days of daily use. Testers open and use your app every day, so your test stays active for 14 continuous days.
4. Day-14 report. You get feedback, screenshots and a summary report, which helps when you apply for production access.

You don't test anyone else's app. Your part is sending the link and package name, and adding the tester list in Play Console.

When Basic is enough

If you only need Google's minimum of 12 testers, the 12-tester Basic package costs $40 internationally or ₹1,000 in India and includes daily engagement, feedback with screenshots and the day-14 report. All plans are compared on the pricing page.

What the package does not do

No one can honestly promise production access, and we don't. Google makes that decision. What Pro gives you is real engagement, a buffer above the minimum, detailed feedback and a report to use in your application.

Refund or re-test promise

Refund or re-test promise: Google tells you why it declined production access. If the reason is on our side — fewer than 12 opted-in testers, fewer than 14 days, or insufficient tester engagement — you choose: a full refund or a new 14-day test at no extra cost. Just send us Google's decline message. If Google declines for a reason related to the app itself (for example policy, crashes, app quality or store listing), the promise does not apply.
