Refund or re-test promise: Google tells you why it declined production access. If the reason is on our side — fewer than 12 opted-in testers, fewer than 14 days, or insufficient tester engagement — you choose: a full refund or a new 14-day test at no extra cost. Just send us Google's decline message. If Google declines for a reason related to the app itself (for example policy, crashes, app quality or store listing), the promise does not apply.

If you want to buy testers for Google Play instead of swapping tests with other developers, these are our prices. Google asks new personal developer accounts for 12 testers opted in for 14 days in a row. We bring the testers, keep them active every day, and hand you a report on day 14. You don't test anyone else's app.

Every plan uses the same process: you share your closed testing opt-in link and package name, we send back the tester list to add in Play Console, our testers opt in and install the app on their own devices, they use it every day for 14 continuous days, and you get feedback, screenshots and a summary report on day 14.

How does the 50/50 payment work?

You never pay the full amount up front. You pay 50% to start your test and the remaining 50% on day 14, when your report is delivered. In practice that means:

  • Basic ($40 internationally or ₹1,000 in India): half when the test starts, half on day 14.
  • Pro ($100 internationally or ₹2,000 in India): half when the test starts, half on day 14.
  • Agency: payment follows the custom monthly terms we agree with you.

The second half is tied to the day-14 report, so you pay it when you have the report in hand. International prices are in US dollars; India prices are in rupees. The 50/50 split is the same for both.

Refund or re-test promise

Refund or re-test promise: Google tells you why it declined production access. If the reason is on our side — fewer than 12 opted-in testers, fewer than 14 days, or insufficient tester engagement — you choose: a full refund or a new 14-day test at no extra cost. Just send us Google's decline message. If Google declines for a reason related to the app itself (for example policy, crashes, app quality or store listing), the promise does not apply.

These are the reasons Google gives for required continued testing. The promise does not change who decides: Google makes the decision on production access.

Which plan should you choose?

Choose Basic if you need Google's minimum: 12 testers opted in for 14 days, with daily engagement, feedback, screenshots and a report. Choose Pro if you want a buffer above Google's 12-tester minimum and detailed feedback. Choose Agency if you ship multiple client apps per month and want one point of contact and a day-14 report per app.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Google Play closed test with TestersFourteen cost?

Basic costs $40 internationally or ₹1,000 in India, for 12 testers for 14 days. Pro costs $100 internationally or ₹2,000 in India, for 20 testers for 14 days with detailed feedback. Agency plans for multiple apps per month are priced on custom monthly terms.

How does the 50/50 payment work?

You pay 50% to start your test and the remaining 50% on day 14, when your report is delivered. The split is the same for international (USD) and India (INR) prices.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic gives you 12 testers, which is Google's minimum. Pro gives you 20 testers, a buffer above Google's 12-tester minimum, and detailed feedback with screenshots.

Are the testers real people?

Yes. Every tester is a real person using their own Android device and Google account. No emulators, no bots, no fake reviews.

What if Google declines my app?

Google tells you why it declined. If the reason is on our side (fewer than 12 opted-in testers, fewer than 14 days, or insufficient tester engagement), you choose a full refund or a new 14-day test at no extra cost; just send us Google's decline message. If the reason is related to the app itself, such as policy, crashes, app quality or store listing, the promise does not apply.

Does paying mean Google will approve production access?

No, and no one honestly can promise that. Google makes that decision. We help you meet the testing requirement with real engagement and give you feedback and a report to use in your application. If Google declines because the testing requirement wasn't met, you choose a full refund or a free re-test.
